Founders Statement

Our Story

Founded on October 7, 2023, Israel Friends launched its first mission just 72 hours later by chartering a plane packed with emergency gear and over 100 reservists. Since then, we’ve delivered life-saving aid across Israel including trauma care, protective equipment, and cutting-edge defense technology.

What sets us apart? Our founding team are logistics and supply chain experts. With decades of experience moving goods in high-stakes environments, they bring unmatched speed and precision to crisis response by getting the right aid to the right people exactly when it matters most.

Operating under the 501(c)(3) of Worldwide Friends Foundation, we partner with trusted networks on the ground to deliver critical medical, protective, and humanitarian support fast.

This mission isn’t temporary. We’ll be here for as long as Israel needs us.

How We Are Different

We don’t operate like a traditional nonprofit—and that’s exactly the point.

Israel Friends was founded by successful for-profit entrepreneurs who bring a startup mindset to crisis response. With a lean team, flexible structure, and agile approach, we move faster and smarter to meet urgent needs on the ground.

Backed by a network of seasoned founders, advisors, and executives with decades of leadership experience, we combine the infrastructure of a strong organization with the agility of a Tel Aviv startup.

This unique blend of private-sector discipline and nonprofit heart allows us to seamlessly partner with the key leaders—delivering real solutions to deep, complex challenges
