CAAN: Coalition Against Antisemitism at Northwestern

The Coalition Against Antisemitism at Northwestern (CAAN) is an interfaith organization of Northwestern stakeholders (Parents, Alumni, Students, Faculty) concerned about rising antisemitism at Northwestern.
Started in November 2022, we have worked tirelessly to make our campus a safe and welcoming one, free of prejudice against Jewish, Israeli and Zionist students. We have taken on issues related to biased faculty, lack of accountability of rules by administration, inaction of our board of trustees, harassment of students and capitulation to the groups that took over Deering Meadow.
Funds raised will go towards a variety of initiatives as we continue our mission to make Northwestern a place with rules, consequences and a no tolerance attitude towards antisemitism.
