Campaign Agreement and Acknowledgement

Internal Affiliate Campaign Partnership Agreement

This Internal Affiliate Campaign Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Israel Friends (“Organization”) and the Affiliate Partner (“Partner”) to establish the terms and conditions for participation in the Affiliate Campaign.

1. Purpose of Agreement

This Agreement defines the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of the Organization and Partner in running an Internal Affiliate Campaign. Funds raised through this campaign may either:
• Directly support the Partner’s specific campaign purpose (if approved by the Executive Director and legal team), or
• Be allocated by Israel Friends to address priority needs and mission-critical initiatives.

The Partner agrees that no administrative fees or restrictions are applied, allowing Israel Friends to allocate resources based on the greatest needs at the time.

2. Campaign Setup and Initial Requirements

To initiate the Affiliate Campaign, the Partner must provide the following:
• Campaign Name: A unique identifier for the campaign.
• Purpose: The focus or goal of the campaign.
• Code Word: A unique identifier for tracking purposes.
• Write-Up: A brief description of the campaign.
• Media Assets: At least one image is required. For more complex campaigns, additional visuals or videos may be requested. (Please note: Complex campaigns may require additional setup time.)

3. Donation Management and Reporting

• Tracking Donations: A unique link will be provided for real-time donation tracking. Reports will reflect donations in real-time; however, certain updates may require contacting the Organization’s finance team.
• Fund Allocation: All funds raised will be used at Israel Friends’ discretion to support mission priorities based on critical needs.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

To ensure donor privacy and security, the Partner agrees to the following:
• Do not share access links, passwords, or login details related to donor reports.
• Donor information remains confidential and will only be accessible to authorized personnel.

5. Campaign Finalization and Restrictions

• Edits to Campaign: Once live, campaigns cannot be edited unless explicitly authorized by the Executive Director.
• Welcome Packet: Upon campaign approval, the Partner will receive a Welcome Packet containing:
• Campaign links
• A donation tracking link
• A shareable PDF with QR codes and clickable links

By signing, the Partner confirms agreement with the terms outlined and acknowledges the finality of the campaign setup.

6. Acknowledgment of Agreement
