Israel Friends Ramp Card User Agreement

This User Agreement governs the use of Ramp credit cards issued to employees, contractors, and volunteers (“Cardholders”) by Israel Friends for authorized expenses. By accepting and using the Ramp card, you agree to the terms below.
Key Guidelines
- Use the Ramp card only for authorized expenses.
- Request card increases in your Campaign chat group or directly to Kyle Blank, Executive Director of Israel Friends.
- Include a receipt and memo for each transaction.
- Receipts must clearly show the vendor name, date of purchase, amount purchased, and specifics of the purchase.
- Bad Example of a memo: Food
- Good example of a memo: Dinner with program manager to discuss new campaign direction
- Receipts and memos must be submitted within 48 hrs of the transaction. A reminder for missing receipts will be sent weekly for three weeks.
- If documentation is not submitted within 30 days, the card may be suspended or deactivated.
- Do not use the card for: personal expenses or non-program/organization expenses or for alcohol, tobacco, gambling, illicit activity, or lobbying.
- If an error in use occurs (such as an accidental personal expense), mark the transaction as accidental in Ramp immediately. You will receive a request to repay the expense. Follow through with that request within 48 hours.
- Fraudulent transactions should be immediately reported as fraud.
Consequences for Non-Compliance
- Your Ramp card may be suspended or canceled for failure to follow this agreement, repeated late or missing documentation, or suspected misuse or fraud.
- You may be required to repay any unauthorized or undocumented charges.
Acknowledgment
By using the Ramp card, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to follow this agreement. Failure to comply may result in loss of card privileges or other action.
