In 2024 and 2025, Simon Wasserberger led a coast-to-coast hike across northern Israel, from the Mediterranean Sea to the Galilee, alongside guide Joe Yudin. Over four days each year, they walked with purpose through Israel’s rugged beauty, raising more than $45,000 to support critical frontline programs through Israel Friends.
From quiet moments in nature to meaningful conversations on the trail, Yam L’Yam has always been more than a hike. It’s a mission.
Now, they’re returning for 2026 to continue the journey.
